Never be Strong and always give up hope. Be weak always..

Yeh so the quote that motivated me so much, has today become the complete opposite. I did great until 2.30pm, then I caved and had cerial and super noodles and 4 biscuits short of a whole packet of caramel digestives and I am now about to horse a chinesse takeaway down my throat.

I am fasting again tomorrow and Saturday. My binge day is on Saturdays, so I am binging today, and fasting on Saturday.

I hope everybody is having a good day.

I'm sorry I failed, yet again.
