I need help - I need company, Im lonely
Im at my highest weight - 113Ibs - which for my height (4'10 - yeh really!) is quite alot
Its 5.15am, I havent slept yet - I do this, every other night, even though I try I cant always control what I eat - so this is the way I make sure I'm disiplining myself in some form.
I dont really know what else to say - its a new day, a new week, a new month, so watch this space...
How do I do it?
