Going well

Okay first things first Calories: today I had 1045, which I'm quite happy with. I also went for my hour long walk, and felt surprisingly good after, which was nice because usually I think I am having a coronry. I got 2 assignments handed in and I have another 2 done to be handed in tomorrow, I only did about 10 minutes of my room because I had no room left in my washing basket, so I'm going to put on about 100 loads of washing tomorrow, so I can put the rest of my clothes in it. And I have just this minute finished my 100 crunches, and Lordy am I going to be sore in the morning, I can just feel it, but it's good, that means it's working, I'm definatley going to keep this up this week because I have actually enjoyed today. So bring on tomorrow.

I have decided I want to run, it will take me a while to get there but I'm going to keep walking, then add a little bit of jogging, then all jogging with a little bit a running, then just all running. I would love it because where I walk is around all the country roads, circling where I live, there are only a few houses and it is beauitful, fields and hills and its just really pretty, and the only people I usually see are, walkers, joggers, runners or fellow dog walkers.

So tomorrow, will be just as good as today if not better. I'm sorry I don't have much more to say except thank you for all the comments on my previous post, I read them this morning before I went to college, so I think that is where most of my good mood came from today. You really don't know how much it means to me that you read and comment. I appreiciate it more than I can say.

  3. I read on another girls blog that you can download learn-to-run podcasts. It starts with the first day of just brisk walking, then it guides you through when to walk, then run, and builds you up over a few weeks. Don't know where to find it though.

    Thank you for reading my novel-length post btw, I appreciate much more than you'd think, just knowing that someone somewhere out there took the time to actually hear me out, even though all I do is rant sometimes.

    And Thanks for the tips :D I actually did your last one, and it worked. Simply making it seem like I'm eating right and regularly, and my mom has been being less and less observant. It only took a few days haha. Good thing she gives up pretty fast.
